Για χρήση στο σώμα, κάντε απαλό μασάζ σε όλο το σώμα σε στεγνό ή υγρό δέρμα. Για χρήση στα μαλλιά, κάνετε μασάζ σε στεγνά ή νωπά μαλλιά, αφήστε το για 15-20 λεπτά, προχωρήστε στο λούσιμο και στη συνέχεια ξεβγάλετε. Εναλλακτικά, εφαρμόστε μικρή ποσότητα στις άκρες των μαλλιών μετά το λούσιμο. Δε χρειάζεται ξέβγαλμα σε αυτή την περίπτωση.
