Responsibility of the customer for hiding his password

How is my data protected during a transaction?
Zahara.gr uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128 encryption to secure online commercial transactions. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is currently the global standard on the Internet for certifying websites (web sites) to network users and for encrypting data between network users and web servers (web servers). SSL encryption makes all the information exchanged between the client and Zahara secure. All information sent by a client to a server is encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software. Also, the information that is transmitted through the SSL protocol, is subject to control by special software in order to verify if it has been corrupted during the transport.
How is my data handled during a transaction?
The debit of your credit card, in case you choose to pay with it for the products you buy on our site, is done through the secure system of Alpha Bank or through PayPal. Credit card details are entered by you on a page hosted on Alpha Bank’s web server and sent to the bank’s central server with a connection protected by the SSL protocol. Then the server of Alpha Bank approves or rejects the transaction and the result is displayed back on the pages of zahara.gr. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere, and are not sent at any stage of the process, to the server where you host zahara.gr.
What are the consequences of fraudulent credit card use?
Zahara.gr undertakes to cover your responsibility to the Bank that has issued your credit cards (in the amount resulting from the contract for the issuance of your credit card), in case it is used by an unauthorized person (fraudulent use credit card). This liability covers only the cases where the unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card for purchases on zahara.gr is not due to your own mistake or negligence. For this reason, as soon as you realize the loss of your credit card, you are obliged to inform the Bank, in order to cancel the credit card. In case of fraudulent use of your credit card, the money debited to your Bank account will be refunded or refunded
Permitted uses of the content by the customer
Zahara.gr gives you the permission to have a limited access to the content of the site, for personal use and in no case you have the right to save this content on your hard drive, nor to modify it or to use it unless you have the written consent of Zahara. This license does not include any commercial use of the site or its content and does not give you the right to use any kind of mechanisms for mass data collection from zahara.gr. The content as well as the site of zahara.gr itself, can not be reproduced, copied, sold or resold without the written consent of zahara.gr. The use of the name or logo or any asset belonging to zahara.gr can not be used for promotional and advertising purposes as well as for any kind of exploitation of reputation and customer base without our written consent.
Complaints about the use of copyrighted material
Zahara.gr respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied by us and falls under the copyright law, please send an e-mail to info@zahara.gr.
The products are shipped in 1-3 working days after the completion of your order depending on their availability. After your order is sent by us, you will receive a relevant email confirming its shipment. You can contact us via email at info@zahara.gr for any information.
The orders are sent through the courier company Acs courier to the receiving address that you have stated during your registration in the online store.
The shipping charge when the order exceeds 39€ is free, while for orders under 39€ the charge is 2,5€. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the charge is 1,5€.
Clearance of electronic transactions:
For payment by credit card we work with Alpha Bank & Paypal Inc., which handles the settlement of transactions. If you choose the Credit / Debit / Prepaid card as your payment method, you will be taken to the bank page, where you will be asked to enter the following information: card number and type, holder name (as indicated on the card), expiration date and CVV2 or CVC2 .
Zahara.gr does not collect or store your card details in any way. The electronic transaction with cards is done with the secure system of the Bank through re-direction in a secure environment-secure server of the specific bank.
Your use of our website and the submission of your personal data implies your consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

In case you wish to return the products you bought because you are not satisfied or you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to do so within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be in the condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice.
Our goal is for zahara.gr to be as accurate as possible, in terms of its operation, content and product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that the above will be accurate, reliable and up to date. If a product is not as described on our site or is defective, you reserve the right to return it (in the condition in which you received it).
Customers of zahara.gr reserve the right to return products they received within 14 days from the date of receipt. A prerequisite is that the products are in the condition in which they were received (sealed and without damage), and that you have the invoice or the retail receipt.

zahara.gr reserves the right to modify or change the terms of transactions. The validity of the new terms begins with their posting on the site.
In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be informed by e-mail or by phone. You must notify us by email that you are aware and wish your order to remain active or not.
All transactions you make through zahara.gr are governed by International and European law governing matters relating to e-commerce as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) governing matters relating to distance selling.
